Subscription Refunds
Cancellation within Trial Period: If you cancel your subscription within the initial trial period, you will not be charged, and your access to premium content will cease immediately and Refund can be place with in 7 to 8 days after purchasing the subscription
Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: For monthly or annual subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for partial periods. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Content Purchase Refunds
In-app Purchases: Purchases made within the Firangi OTT App, such as rentals or purchases of movies or series, are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
Refund Requests
- Contact Support: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your account details and the reason for the refund request. We verify the refund request and provide a refund within 7 days.
- Eligibility: Refunds are granted at our discretion and may be subject to verification of eligibility, including but not limited to technical issues or billing errors.

- Fraudulent Activity: Refunds will not be granted for accounts involved in fraudulent activity or misuse of the Firangi OTT App platform.
